Web Developer

Job Description

A Rhino web developer is responsible for implementing the presentation layer of our designer’s visual designs. This is a position to launch your career with a lot of opportunity for real project responsibility and growth.

The Role

  • Develop websites and applications from technical specifications and creative briefs
  • Code in ASP.NET and traditional ASP that interact with MS SQL databases, performing all functions beginning to end
  • Team player.
  • Strong communication skills, required to interact with the designers, project managers and clients


  • 3+ years of web development experience.
  • C#.Net Development
  • ASP.NET, ADO.Net
  • MS SQL Experience, including stored procedures
  • JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML5
  • Scrum / Agile Experience


Prefer Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is competitive, but not required.

Director Interactive Sales

Job Description

As Rhino takes on the exciting changes that come along with growing an agency we’re looking for someone to spearhead business development and sales.

Candidates should know this role well, identify, pursue and secure valued strategic relationships throughout the greater Southwest.

This role is highly consultative and requires a successful track record selling strategic and high value interactive solutions to medium and large enterprises.  A driven, motivated self-starting team player will earn commensurately.

Some ideas on what we’re looking for include:

  • EMS/CMS and CRM software experience and sales expertise highly desirable.
  • 3 years professional sell side experience within Interactive.
  • At minimum a Bachelor’s degree is required.
