Meritage Homes(MTH) builds energy efficient homes throughout the south and along the west coast and is the nation’s 9th largest homebuilder: Selling homes is the name of the game.
Challenge: Reaching home buyers across a diverse online market that is on-the-go, search oriented and highly specific.
Solution: Rhino and Meritage crafted an online program that extended the Meritage brand across multiple online channels including Web, Mobile, Tablet, and Partner Ad/Media. Location based mobile enabled potential homebuyers to locate potential homers for purchase “in the moment.”
Outcome: Meritage Homes is now in the hands, pockets and thoughts of busy home buyers. The newly mobile brand drives lead conversions and monitors performance with SalesForce integration and JD Edwards Enterprise One combined with Google Analytics dashboards to continually measure and optimize media buys, landing pages, banners, email campaigns, and overall site impact.
